A most unusual par 3 hole with a blind tee shot over the towering ramparts of an iron age fort. The front edge of the two level green lies only ten yards beyond and fifteen feet below the marker post visible from the tee. The top of the steps gives an indication of the left edge of the green. The green is given additional protection by thick rough on the steep inner slopes of the ramparts that run around the left and front of the green as well as an area of rough which lies to the right of the green.
