A downhill par 4. It is very easy to over-hit on this hole and to find the thick rough immediately behind the green. Further hazards include trees to the right and the areas of thick rough immediately in front of the teeing area and to the left. The saucer shaped area of fairway between the road and the teeing area can be reached with an accurate mid iron, leaving a delicate pitch to reach the green in regulation.
